Leadership
Ian Jameson — Founder & President
Ian Jameson founded Waterproof Caulking & Restoration in 2010 and has personally led every project the company has taken on across Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. A University of Pittsburgh graduate based in West Chester, PA, Ian brings hands-on expertise in commercial caulking, masonry restoration, and building envelope waterproofing and clients deal directly with him from estimate through completion.
Under Ian’s leadership, the team has delivered work for institutional and commercial clients including West Chester University, the University of Delaware, Muhlenberg College, Elizabethtown College, Immaculata University, Univest Bank, and the Newark Jail, among many others. Ian is active in the commercial sealant and restoration community and regularly shares field expertise on proper caulk joint preparation, adhesion testing, and facade rehabilitation.
